We had the unique experience of not only working with Darryll on selling our house and purchasing a new house, we bought HIS house. We have been friends with Darryll and his wife for several years and were originally concerned about the possibility of our friendship being strained from working together in such a potentially stressful situation. Darryll kept us at ease through the entire process. His optimism and devoted work ethic kept us hopeful in a market that was slowing down. Today, we are enjoying our new house and we’re thankful for Darryll’s devotion and knowledge in real estate and in his clients, which is what helped in selling our house. And we are happy to say that we’re all still friends.
