Trying to manage the sale of my mom’s home from out of state should have been a daunting task, but you took all the worry out of the process. I could rely on you to represent my mom’s interests in every detail. So much so that when the lack of a carbon monoxide detector in the home could have put a delay on the sale, I so appreciate that you took the initiative, went to the hardware store, installed the detector, and let me know when it was all taken care of.
