Darryll was personable and professional in his mannerisms and was very helpful in our situation of having just lost our Father which was the reason for the sale of the property. He was more than willing to learn the Rossmoor “ropes” and did it very quickly, too. Since I believe that was his first time dealing with that specific real estate environment, he didn’t hesitate to take it on. If he didn’t have an answer he would work until he had it. I liked the way that he didn’t back down when asked extremely direct questions. As a results I felt confident in Darryll and his ability to do the job. It became obvious that he was and is a man of integrity. Someone that we could trust to get the job done and do whatever it took to do it.
