“Of all things, 2 months before Christmas 2013, I found Darryll Whaley Drifting “Up On The Roof” after securing the purchase of our new two story home in Clayton. Seems the listing agent did not follow their obligations to prep the home for us and left a lot unaccomplished. One was to clear the 5 years of Coulter pine needles out of our gutters and downspouts. Darryll took it upon himself dressed in his Farmer Johns up on the two story roof to get to the job done rather than hassle it out with the other agent. Darryll was not only true to task, but went the extra mile, and beyond his promises in many areas spending a lot of extra time to complete the sale exceeding our expectations. This is the agent for us……now and in the future! He made our home feel welcoming with minimal stress while solving many other problems for us without being asked. Could only have been better if we had found him a singin’ !
