After too many years as renters in Contra Costa County we began our search mid-year 2006 for a home for our family. After a few weeks we determined that we were unable to purchase a home at that time. We started the search again early in 2007 after talking to Darryll and together we soon located a property that suited our needs and would be affordable. Within 60 days we closed escrow and moved into our condominium which is closer to better schools for our children and has many other perks of ownership.
